Magnifiques chambres, décorées dans un style avec des motifs indiens. La salle de bains à l'italienne est moderne et spacieuse||Petite piscine extérieure, assez froide||La salle du petit-déjeuner est assez froide comme aspect (on dirait un hangar)

We stayed one week over Christmas, and it was a good room. When the TV was unsatisfactory, a new one was brought up within 20 minutes. Everyone was so sweet to our toddler, whom all knew by name on Day 2. The hotel is kept at 75°F, which for us is quite HOT. I had to turn on the AC in the room just so we could sleep comfortably.

Stayed here Saturday night Jan 11/25 for kids hockey games in the area. I was in room 101. Another hockey team decided to have their loud parent party in the lobby. Room 101 is the first room off the lobby. At 9:30 pm I called the front desk and asked how long they were going to allow the public lobby party. They said ‘quiet hour’ was at 11 pm and that I would need to wait until then. At 10 pm I went to the front desk and asked for a room change to a quieter area. She said they were sold out and did I want to change hotels?! Again I was told to please wait until ‘quiet hour.’ At 11:15 pm with no quiet hour in sight, lobby party still going strong with 12-18 parents, I went back to the desk and demanded that they take action. I suggested he ask the guests to finish their party in their rooms. ‘We don’t have a curfew’ was his response. By this point I am overtired and just so frustrated. Then, by some divine hotel miracle, oh look! We DO have an available room! He moves us (my daughter is sleeping through this racket and so I wake her up to repack) and we trudge down the hall to 113 at 11:30 pm. I think I fell asleep around 12:30 am. ||I suppose at this hotel you will only see certain people enjoying certain privileges like this, while other paying customers are told to ‘wait it out.’ I understand parent hockey culture involves a lot of drinking but for those who don’t engage, we are told to suck it up here I guess. My email to the GM, since they were conveniently not available, including videos of the party and my conversations with desk staff, has gone unanswered. I was told by the housekeeping manager ‘since you changed rooms everything’s good. That’s it.’ ||I suppose since accommodations are limited in the area they don’t really care about guest comfort or concerns. A group of drunk hockey parents openly drinking in the lobby will take priority if you are looking for rest.

It’s taken me a month to write this, about a month ago I ended up discovering a bed bug on the headboard and bed bugs droppings, only to be told the room had an infestation 3 months prior. I wasn’t offered a refund or a discount or even an sincere apology for the inconvenience, instead we were treated like an inconvenience because we made the discovery. Zero customer service skills with staff. I lifted the mattress to check and there was an old pack of smokes under it which tells me these rooms aren’t cleaned very well. Be viligent and always check your rooms throughougly. Shame on this place for charging me full price and no discounts for the trouble.

When you arrive you have to pay your full room rate plus a deposit like you're some kind of a criminal. When you get to the room it's absolutely disgusting and the shower is moldy. At the desk they'll tell you it's not mold and give you attitude.

I was expecting a little more for $200/night and a new-ish hotel. Bathroom tiles were gross and room was small for what you pay for. I paid for a room with water view. Had a fantastic view of a rusted gas tank. If I stayed here again it would be out of necessity, not by choice.
