2024 UPDATE: After being a loyal customer to this company I have changed my review from 5 stars to 1.
They agreed to a price match and then tried to mislead me by sending me false photos of a different model number and saying my photos were incorrect. I sent them a screenshot showing the model number underlined and after I sent off that email I got completely ghosted, eventually I called in and spoke to Brett who was extremely rude right from the very beginning even though I was so polite I started off my conversation by saying "Hey Ryan I heard Brett doesn't work there anymore?" He immediately cut me off saying "what do you want!" I explained what was discussed in the email and how I had sent in the necessary pictures requested to which he replied "nope I'm not doing this" I politely said "may I ask why" to which he responded "because I own the store and I'm the boss, I can do whatever I want"

Very unfortunate. Especially since I held them in high regards as this was the store I purchased my very first handgun from.

What happened is once they realized I was correct and their tactic of misleading me wasn't working they decided to just ghost me and when I called they just acted extremely unprofessional. So we can disregard my previous review that's below and I'll definitely makesure us hard working Firearms enthusiasts spend our money where we're wanted and not at a place that likes to bully their customers.

Great experience dealing with Bret as a first time customer he answered all my questions with patience.
I will leave a more in depth review with pictures once I receive my products.
So far great experience is all I can say.

Terrible. Beware, maple ridge might just accept your email money transfer, not send you what you purchased and promptly halt all communication.

I Ordered from Maple Ridge Armoury almost an entire year ago. They gladly and quickly accepted my money. Months later no emails or anything. I reached out and was told they will look into my missing order immediately (by tomorrow is what I was told) and it has been over a month, no communication.

This company seems pretty shady. Be careful, and definitely do not use email money transfer with Maple Ridge Armoury. Use a credit card so you can charge it back and get your money back if they are going to keep your products.

Terrible attitude to customer service. Buyer beware any of their renegade or maverick rifles. They are NOT multi caliber and are unproven and unreliable. Quote "they don't care... sorry about your luck"... save your money and buy something elsewhere....

Such a great place for doing business with. Today was my first time at the Maple Ridge Armoury and I was impressed with high level of customer service. Very professional and help full. From now on, it is going to be my first choice to do business with. And I recommend this place for anyone for 100 percent. You will be as satisfied as I was today

I ordered the wrong part but didn't realize it until it arrived. I reached out to Marcus at MRA and let him know about my mistake. He was kind enough to ship the correct part out and even covered the shipping cost for me, something I was not expecting. Communication was great shipping was fast, the overall process was very easy. I'd not dealt with MRA before but I will definitely be a repeat customer going forward.
