I had a great experience here I got a jet boil zip package, as well as an extendible spoon to reach all of the bits of the bottom of my jet boil, and They had the base model of the jet boil for a great price as well as just the burner, But considering I’ve been looking at the jet boil for a few years now I considered to buy the full package product for the extra money and so far Just by opening it, I’m thinking about all the great food. I’m gonna be making on my camping trips all seasons,

The two people in the store were friendly and willing to listen to me ramble about my stories more than they probably should have🤣. Great store great gear they have definitely what you need if you know what you’re looking for.

10/10 camping store experience they don’t have everything but they got a lot of The necessities and reputable products that have been Clearly picked out by someone who actually Is considerate about You’re investment to good gear Some of the prices were expensive, but the expensive items were extremely high-quality. Next time I find myself and Patawawa, I look forward to visiting here and seeing any new items they might have in stock. Thank you, Millbrook

Chloe was amazing and very patient with my indecisiveness. ha ha. Women's tactical boots are hard to find and I went in with a pair in mind but Chloe found me a better option. Store was very nice too. Highly recommend

Absolutely Fantastic service, over the phone and via emails. They always pick up the phone, and quick too. Working with their sales manager Chloe was a great experience too, She was polite, professional and very well informed. Payment was smooth, and shipping was prompt, The item arrived within the same week I ordered just in time for the weekend. Will not hesitate to order again.

I live out of town but this was the only dealer I could find with the boots I wanted in stock. I was hesitant to order without trying on but staff was super helpful. They were also very accommodating for a shipping request I had made. Excellent customer service!

So, I'm always apprehensive about ordering from anywhere online that doesn't use PayPal. I am glad I went through with it.

I did end up calling to ensure they had the product I wanted and every staff member was awesome to speak with, they were all very pleasant and knowledgeable about what I wanted.

I will happily do business with them again, definitely recommend!

To start i would like to point out that Millbrook service personnel are absolutely wonderful people, they are will to go above and beyond to help customers. The management is also absolutely superb. Millbrook has an astounding selection of tactical and casual equipment. It is very rare to see a business that is willing to go above the call of duty to ensure the customers are happy and I can assure you Millbrook Tactical is 100% one of those companies, they will continue to have my business. Normally I am not one to complain, but for a company with such a great reputation prior to my experience the service was atrocious. Not honouring a refund of a product fully seal with a receipt brought back one day later is completely unheard of for me. Offering a store credit or an exchange would have been an option but insisting all sales final ensured me that i will buy else where for cheaper and a better return policy in the future.
