I wanted to share that you have incredible coaches at Milton Springers (especially Coach Melissa, Coach Amanda & Coach Reese)! They have incredible patience and enthusiasm. Each one of them takes the time to get to know each child and build a relationship. They know my daughter's name and even if she isn't in their class at that time, they always stop to say hello to her. We have attended Parent/Tot and Tumbletots classes and they are able to keep them engaged and organized in a way I know few can! The kids all have an absolute blast learning gymnastics.

My daughter was experiencing a high level of separation anxiety starting these classes! She would scream and cry and hold on to me for dear life every class!! I can’t thank the coaches here enough for the kindness and patience they have shown my daughter. Coach Claire and Coach Gracie and several other coaches have just gone above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable here!! Highly highly recommended!!!

I was very disappointed by the disposition of the two coaches for my child’s class. The coaches were not fun or friendly. I never once saw them smile or show enthusiasm. However I did see them roll their eyes at their tiny class of 4, and they consistently looked like coaching was the last thing they wanted to be doing.
Each time my child left class they felt more deflated and asked to stop going.
The club’s refund policy was great because we were within the three class limit.

It is not fair that every time you want to get your kid in the the next level that you have to fight for a spot! I don't get it. If your kid is already in why would you be making parents stress about trying to get a spot? I kid is in level 5....and I run like crazy to get in to their system b4 was open...and the system didn't work properly and I LOST her spot. I am very disappointed with the way they do things. So sad my kid won't be able to do what she loves because of it.

After 10 months of boys gymnastics, we decided to no longer enrol our 9 year old in further classes. Most coaches are teenagers and inexperienced in effective ways to teach children. Our son didn’t learn much so every class is basically a paid play date. The last few weeks got progressively worse, to the point where our son said “it’s like they don’t respect our gender”. Wow, big statement from a little dude.
There are some coaches that cheat at games in order to have their group win. When confronted and asked that they play fair so if the group of boys loses, at least they lose fairly, their solution was to only run the games for the girls and leave the boys out.
As a parent, you can watch the class and you’ll notice that the coaches look bored and are just killing time. Save your money and time and find another activity to enrol your child in. This place always has a waiting list so they don’t really care if they lose some registrations.

Asked not to view my 2-year old from a portion of the transparent glass cuz it isn’t an ‘official viewing area’. Well, you have my son doing his thing right there. The viewing area is on the opposite side of the floor. What do you want me to do? Sit with binoculars? The whole privacy aspect is a sham. If someone decided to be a creep, they’d do it too.

My kids love doing gymnastics at Springers. The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging, and fun.
The covid protocols that have been put in place are incredible. Super clean. Super organized. Super socially distanced. I feel safe and will continue supporting this wonderful Milton business through this difficult economic time.
