Try to support local business when I can, today was the last time for me at misty river. Seems if you don't want to spend 2k on a rifle and $1500 on a scope you're an idiot. I always receive opinions I didn't ask for here.
I may not buy my rifles here as buying online with shipping is always hundreds of dollars cheaper but I do buy quite a bit of accessories and reloading gear and now find myself going to can tire. I'm not 60 years old and want to bs for an hour so maybe that's the problem. ill even now just drive to Smithers to avoid this place. As someone that has been shooting and reloading for over 10 years I wouldn't suggest this place for someone getting into hunting or shooting as a hobby. you'll walk out with a lot of bad outdated information and all your money gone.

Very friendly staff. Good stock of firearms and ammunition. Lots and LOTS of greats odds and ends for fishing/hunting/shooting. They need more optics however.
