Deb was incredible to work with over the phone in finding availability of a particular Rab jacket. Extremely friendly, positive and went out of her way to find my particular parka.

Would highly recommend giving this place a visit for your winter gear needs if customer service is your priority!

Great experience from Trevor & Ryan. They were knowledgeable, kind, and very responsive. Got a used firearm at a great price and it fires and cycles perfectly. Highly recommend this place !

Trevor took a lot of time with me to make sure I found a backpack that would give me the freedom to hike pain free, for longer. My limit was previously under 2 hours and usually I was struggling by then with pain. I'm a little person hiking alone, with degenerative disc disease, and it was becoming difficult to hike with the weight of a pack pulling on my shoulders. Trevor paired me up with a Deuter pack. The weight is distributed off of my shoulders and it's small, but sturdy. I carried a big water bottle and heavy binoculars and a bit of food without getting tired or sore. I came off of the trail today after almost 2 1/2 hours pain-free, thanks so much Monashee!

Such an amazing store! The staff are so knowledgeable and the selection of outdoor gear is exceptional. From clothing to packs to even spices; they definitely have something for everyone or every adventure. Can’t recommend enough, it’s worth stopping by!!

We visited Monashee Outdoor to find some boots for our son. They have the best customer service I have received in a long time. We didn’t think we were able to find what we were looking for but the associate was able to find us a perfect alternative. All of the employees were incredibly welcoming and friendly! We are so lucky to have such a great store in Armstrong! We definitely will be back.

Monashee Outdoors in Armstrong is a must see. If you need clothing, foot wear, or outdoor gear in general, this is the store for you! The products they sell to help you stay comfortable and safe while enjoying your outdoor adventures are of the highest quality. The staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful. If you enjoy outdoor stores with more and a small town vibe, you’ll love Monashee Outdoors in Armstrong, BC. The owners, Ryan and Lisa, and their staff are some of the kindest people you will meet. The store is stocked with just about everything you would need for your next adventure in BC from tents, sleeping bags and all your camping gear, to quality footwear and apparel that will last. Highly recommend heading here - they will certainly have something for everyone!

We stopped by Monashee Outdoors just earlier today. The staff was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable! They have an incredible selection of outdoor equipment and the customer service was absolutely top notch. I highly recommend the store to anyone who might be interested.
