Came in with an older scope/rifle combo whose scope mount had broken days before my moose hunt was to start. the (owner?) was very knowledgeable and helpful, found replacement mounts, provided tips on shims to get the scope lined up properly, etc. I was able to use my rifle on my (successful) hunt - thanks.

If you haven’t met the famous staff member Hunter, you do not know the greatest part of Cranbrook, this guys a turkey hunting master. World class individual with an amazing set of skills. Not only sold us some great products but showed us in the field first hand on how to use them. Lots of Love for this guy and his dedication.

Awesome experience! Was helped by Nelson, who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted within my budget. Bought a rifle, a scope that was mounted and bore sighted for me, and a set of binoculars with a chest rig. Reasonable prices, large selection, and great staff.

What an absolutely horrific experience here. The owner should be ashamed (either of himself or his staff). Husband had always wanted to stop in here, but when we did all we heard was a male and female employee openly bashing police officers to another customer. They especially targeted the Nelson Police Department. Absolutely despicable behaviour towards a group of people who do so much for our communities and put their lives on the line everyday! We walked out without purchasing anything and we will never go back. I’ve also passed on the information to family/friend/law enforcement colleagues in the area not to patronize this business. Unprofessional doesn’t even begin to describe this business, if I could give a 0 star or less I would.

I went in looking for a pair of waders for a Christmas present I was helped by a female staff who clearly knows what she is talking about. Not sure the size they had was going to work so she discussed options with me for a gift card or take the ones that might fit and exchange after Christmas for what we needed to order. Good service so decided to go with this store and use the options to get where it would work.

Excellent store. They have a great inventory, top quality hunting gear and firearms. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, with decades of local hunting experience and firearms expertise.
I will definitely be giving them my business.
