Mumford Terminal

eye exam with dr. brooking went very well and she took the time to make sure my prescription was perfect! these are literally the best glasses I've ever had by far, I'm so happy with them. her and the other staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. highly recommend

Large parking lot beside the terminal is good for parking, even for going to the HSC when parking garage is busy.

This is a new, modern, spaceous terminal. There are waiting areas in both ends of the building and rest rooms.

Not impressed that the inside waiting terminal is closed after 3 pm because of a few disrespectful rowdy school kids. Maybe the security should be there as that is what they are paid for instead of hiding in their cars or sleeping behind buildings. It's snowing and freezing rain and we have to stand outside to wait for a bus now

Grungy and oversaturated for the small space that the terminal occupies. Sometimes there are hundreds of students and others all trying to access a few busses. Needs a facelift and a redesign.

Overall, I am pleased with the performance of the Mumford terminal. Polite staff are always ready to help. I wish you success in your work.
