Can not say enough good things about Daniel and his team. After my car broke down and was towed to them they did all in their power to get it running again. Turns out it needs a new engine and had to be taken to the dealership. Daniel patiently explained all they did and what to expect going forward. Forever grateful for all his help.

In all my years, I have never come across such an honest shop. I had an issue with a fuel door that broke off. This could’ve been expensive with the door and housing needed to be replaced. Instead, they determined that adhesive would solve the issue and did not need to order a new door and housing. The honesty is so appreciated. I’ve also used them prior for front and back brakes. Good pricing and excellent work.

Every time I have used this place, I have had nothing but issues! If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never be returning after the most recent issues! Do not waste your time unless you want to be overcharged and treated like garbage. The service staff, Dan is extremely rude and treats women(? maybe everyone?) In a condescending way. He in a rude tone asked "do you even know what rims are?" When asking me if my tires were on them or not. My tires were packed up in the spring by the staff here and when I brought them back to put back on for the winter I was told they were not usable. Why tf wasn't I told this in the spring? Waste my time, every time. My daughter had an awful experience with them quoting hundreds of dollars for a part that wasn't even needed! I have called and expressed my concerns but they were just brushed off an he tried to place the responsibility for what happened on other.
Rude, disrespectful, overcharging, scamming! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! But be warned, service is horrible.

Forget Canadian Tire. This is the place to go for tires in Listowel.
