Knowingly selling defective Yamaha quads. Luckily their service guy Mike knows that the emission mapping needs to be increased on all Yamahas to avoid cold start issues but instead of correcting the low output prior to sale they wait for it to become an issue and you need to bring the quad back in. Guaranteed 150 point inspection before sale? HA. Any effort to contact Yamaha so a nation wide recall can be issued? HA.

We just bought a brand new Lund boat from them pre arranged everything the day before made the 5 hours trip down to Nipawin got there and Microsoft had a problem with their servers. Ended up having to wait 5 hours. For things to get resolved. They were super apologetic about it (it wasn’t their fault). During that time I had found I few minor issues with the boat. A missing nut on the depth finder a tear in one seat and a small
nick on the prop I brought these up to the salesman and he said we will see what we can do in the time it took me to smoke a cigarette and come back in they swapped out the seat and had a nut on the depth finder and a new prop on the motor I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience all together I would leave a 10 star review if I could.

Went to buy a small 9.9 outboard motor.
Wanted to buy and pick up the next day, they couldn’t hold without putting deposit down. Put the deposit down after confirming motor was there and in stock twice, funds went through 20mins later received a call saying no motor available.
Asked for a refund, can only do Cheque but requested e-transfer deposit.
Ok asked for mailing confirmation when sent with postal tracking info, all I received was an email stating it was sent.
Nearly 4 weeks later no refund still.
Supposedly had two addresses on file in two different towns but saying they sent it to the correct PO box? No proof of mailing.
Asked to cancel the supposedly sent cheque and mail another priority with tracking.
Will see if this one shows up within the next month. Had good hopes with this business but has turned out to be a massive run around.
