Great Staff, Great Venue/terrain, Great Variety of Games, but terrible technology the core part of lasertag. You can't tell your score, if you've been hit. The guns or screen don't display anything. If hit you can continue shooting. You can't get everything right and not the core part. Sad really, would not recommend. Group of 10.

I’m torn.

For all it is a fun experience, not much money goes back into the business and the equipment is starting to bear the markings of this.

I first went here about 6 years ago and NOTHING has changed bar the fact the scenery has more holes in it and looks really run down.

The guns were horrendous, jamming often and some just snapped mid game, 4 of our party had to gaffa tape the hoppers onto the actual guns as they consistently fell off.

The headgear and gloves absolutely REEKED, like properly bad, anti fog didn’t work, played 3/4 matches essentially blind because if I took my mask off I’d be blinded permanently which is fair, I’ll suffice for that.

It is fun. But they need to be upgrading the arenas and putting some money back into the business.
The refilling system is slow and painful, having a big group means one person refilling cartridges for 40+ people after every game means you’re waiting AGES before getting going again.
Maybe buy more hoppers and prefill them before the game and during breaks?

Was also told once my gun ran out of gas I’m out of the game, so if you’re good and you’re taking out lots of people, you’ll not be able to play anymore!? That’s insane. Bonkers logic.

It was great fun whilst it lasted. But it has some massive issues to put right in the meantime.

We brought eight, 12-13 year old boys here for a 2hr laser tag session and it was absolutely brilliant. The marshalls we fantastic with the kids and they all had an absolute blast! We paid the extra £5 per head for use of the party room which included a drink, slice of pizza and a chocolate donut each. The pizza slices were absolutely massive! They have a tuck shop where you can buy hot and cold drinks and snacks too. We were able to watch the kids on a TV screen which was great.
Thanks for making our sons 13th birthday a fun filled, memorable one!

I go here quite regularly for airsoft and the place is awesome hands down the best cqb site I’ve been to the games are fun and are always changing. Staff members are always ready to help and are really friendly and just all around awesome. I use this place for my brothers birthday for the past 3 years him and his friends love it and I’ve also done there zombie experience which is unbelievable like I was constantly on edge nearly pooped myself it’s completely dark you can’t see anything, can’t wait to do it again

Booked a laser tag session with a group of friends for my partner's birthday. Never seen a group of 30+year olds running around so much! Tucked away a bit but not hard to find, it's a surprisingly big space. Staff we spoke to were fantastic and the young lady who ran our games was brill. Would recommend! Thank you for a great time!

Came for a paintball session on a stag do, 18 very hungover lads turned up and we were thoroughly entertained from the word go! Young lady that took our group managed us all really well and explained the games & rules to us in detail. Highly recommended
