Staff was friendly. Pool and change rooms were clean and organized. Kids really enjoyed the separate waterside. Recommend for families or individuals. Great place and great price

Constantly experiencing issues with their hot tub and their staff are constantly harassing parents for every little thing and are not very friendly. Will be driving to Didsbury from now on instead of supporting our local facility unfortunately

The pool is great the swimming lessons not so much… you don’t actually learn to swim and there is no guidance throughout on what your child needs to work on before they fail at the end… and not a lot of info on why they failed in our experience… my children will not be taking lessons here again we will drive elsewhere.

Came from Calgary to hang out with my sister and 2 granddaughters. The kids had a blast jumping off the diving board and the huge water slide.

The people are really good. The lifeguards are awesome. I love the water slide there i recommend going swimming there again

Nice pool/hot tub. I find that the timing of the closure for their annual maintenance a very inconvenience as we get a pass through the college and we can't use it

Last time I was here staff was ignoring me even though I was right at the counter just waiting for her acknowledgement only to wait for a long time and she says oh I thought you were waiting for someone like ya I'm waiting right at the counter with a baby for somebody sure. To now they are closed but you don't know that until you get to the facility and still no notice on door just hours and showing that they should be open.
