Utterly incompetent. Firstly, I almost lost a wheel on my way home, all the lug nuts were loose (this was well within the 100km before re torque). That's just the start. I drive a company vehicle, I told my boss the tires needed replaced and that the ball joints were most likely shot (I could tell by the way the tires were wearing, and also a clunk in the front). They claimed they were fine and even signed a safety on it. Shortly after it went to the dealer for some work who said the ball joints were extremely bad and on the brink of breaking, and confirmed the tires needed replacing, there's no excuse for experienced mechanics to fail to diagnose worn tires and ball joints.

These guys are amazing.
I needed work done on my motorhome and they had it in within days of my call. Just to put that into perspective, I broke down in Springfield, Missouri and I was on the phone for 6 hours trying to find a place! Nobody wanted to fix it. And the one that did, couldn't work on it for 3 weeks!
The guys are great. They work fast. And the price is very fair! They don't even add $50/hr to the hourly rate because it's a motorhome.... lots of shops do.
I highly recommend them.

This is a top notch company. Extremely knowledgeable staff that really go the extra mile. They repaired my coach in a timely manner and have not experienced that kind of customer service in a long time. I would highly recommend this company for you truck repairs. Thank you guys

Thanks to this shop owners and workers. My truck was loaded and I was passing the Orangeville truck center on hwy 9. My truck right side front hub was low on oil and I called them to buy the hub oil but they don't sell them individually. But the person who answered my phone helped me fill my truck hub for free. Really appreciated and I will be paying this attitude and helpfulness to others around me. Thank you.
