I’ve been going to Orillia Sports Med on and off for a couple years now and every time, I am more impressed with the service provided. The first person I met was Michelle for a chiropractor visit. Lovely woman who always greets everyone with a mega-watt smile. Since then I’ve met with massage (Sarah/Chris), the dietitian, physio (Nick/Joe), trainers and the powerhouse team of ladies at the front keeping everyone organized, especially myself with my appointments!

Not only do I meet with the healthcare professionals one-to-one, but they will meet together to coordinate the best treatment for me. Like today, I met with Joe for the first time and I appreciated him taking the time with my assessment. He provided options for me for steps forward in my progress and helped me understand more of the approach he is willing to take with my recovery. I hadn’t left the building yet and he was already discussing with chiro my case and provide the best care from their clinic. Kudos to all of you with the attention to detail you provide your clients. You go above and beyond more than you know.

Oh! And the training facility at the back is ah-mazing! The fitness program put together by Nick was spot on! They have the right amount of equipment to get the job done and improve.

I’ve had a great experience with Orillia Sports Medicine while recovering from an Achilles Rupture. Every staff member that I’ve encountered is professional and friendly.

The atmosphere overall is very positive and uplifting and I feel stronger today than I did before my injury. I can’t say enough good things about OSM and their staff!!

I have gone to Sports Med for chiropractic care with sport related injuries (knee / foot/ back). More than once I’ve had important running events coming up and really didn’t think I’d possibly be recovered in time. Brad worked with me and had me prepared to participate in these events .
The treatments aren’t always fun but they work and I really trust him. I’d also like to say that he’s helped me talk through my fitness goals while injured and that really helped me mentally as well!
I’ve recommended sports med to athletes that I work with and would suggest it for many different injuries.

After going here for months and seeing a physiotherapist an chiropractor an now that I have gone to other places in town I realized that going here was a huge waste of money all they really cared about is how much they were charging for a session an talking to you more so than actually creating a treatment plan or asking you what works and what doesn't they have a procedure an they follow that procedure just upset looking back at how much I wasted coming here only to be harassed with non stop phone calls after missing one appointment to the point I had to block their number I mean you go somewhere for a year for a injury zero progress made you go somewhere else an you feel better after a month, super nice people working here though with all that being said.

I have been going to Orillia Sports Medicine for awhile now. I first saw Michelle which was an amazing experience she helped me so much with my neck and spine issues. She then referred me to Jason for deep tissue massage and I can’t say enough good about this facility and my experience. Jason is so knowledgeable and very patient with all my questions and concerns. He has put me at ease emotionally and most importantly physically. I have all the confidence with continuous session's I will be on the road to feeling myself again. The front desk staff are amazing as well. Efficient and very responsive and personable. Thank you 😊
