I am so impressed with their service, I sent an email on the weekend, and not expecting a response until the following week, The owner took the time on his day off to respond that Sunday nite.
You seldom see that kind of service any more in retail.

Another fine experience with Clayton and staff at Prophet River Firearms. Outstanding knowledge base and listening skills, all of which go into determining what matches my needs. Customer service excellence and not once made to feel like an idiot for asking questions. Truly a remarkable shopping experience compared to the 50 or so previous experiences over the decades throughout BC and Alberta outfitters. Thanks to Clayton and all his staff.

Wicked customer service. I ordered a carbon rival in the summer through Clayton and Joel and they were super helpful and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Didn’t pressure me into anything and worked with what I wanted and showed me the other options to compare. Ended up getting a new fierce rifle and they filled the order for me and managed it all and I just had to wait and It came in early and everything. Jesse and the guys in the shop set up the scope I bought there and even tho Jesse initially put the ring backwards we figured it out and everything was great. The customer service was amazing and they were super helpful. Jesse was super nice and answered all my questions and they were able to help me out with everything I wanted and even told me the best options for my rings and mounts. I was gonna go with the 300 dollar ones but they told me there were better options for better prices and saved me some money. I will definitely be putting in another order with them and using them to import any rifle or components in the future. The rifle also worked flawlessly and I’m shooting pop cans at 600 yards on a windy day with ease. Best shop in the west!
