I would give zero stars if that would register in the system.

There is not a human checking you in when you arrive. It's a computer kiosk. This is completely unacceptable for any medical office.

You can imagine all the other problems this caused for several of us.

All customers in the waiting room agreed when I told the nurse all problems could have been instantly fixed if they had a human at the desk instead of a computer. The nurse told us all she could not run this request up the chain. She asked us all to fill out a survey because she completely agreed with us.

Made appointment online and checked in by phone. It was very quick and I didn’t wait at all. There was a long line so better make an appointment. Limited parking has two parking lots.

Worst ever place to get your blood work done. No doubt the staff is very generous and kind but once you are done with the samples it takes forever and ever to get simple test results back. Please hire more people if you have to but don't keep people waiting. Some people might have urgent need to get results back. You will die waiting for results and still you won't get your results. It's been more than 10 days and I am still waiting to get my results back. This is pathetic business and should be reported or shut down. Really frustrated with their way of doing business.

The nurse who took my blood was awesome! I usually have issues, but it was quick and painless. Having an appointment I did not have to wait.

I had difficulty spotting their office in the medical complex. Found a service van of Quest and reached out their driver. Extremely helpful!

Luis good extremely well care of me and explained everything in detail. I was here with an electronic prescription and he told me they don’t accept it. He asked me to reach out to my doctors office for a fax and they accommodated me again once they received the fax.

I would definitely recommend this place for your needs!

If I could give zero stars I would. I came in this morning at 7am! No one was in the waiting area. A young Hispanic girl opens the door I told her I just need to drop off a specimen she said well you need an appointment. I said just to hand off a specimen? She said yes. I checked in next appointment was at 9am AGAIN no one was in the lobby the doors had just opened. SHE SAID I would need to come back. Even after I told her it was a STAT request. No sympathy what's so ever. This test was for c-diff a terrible infection. Now it's 7:30 still an empty lobby no patients and she's making me wait. I truly hope she never has any sick children because this treatment is terrible. I'm a medical office manager and this is not how you treat people. Quest should really have an on-site manager to handle matters like this.

Mari helped make us with my dad’s appointment. She is pleasant and friendly. When our order did not show up she patiently helped us through.

The nurse on duty today, December 24, 2024, was extremely unprofessional and displayed unacceptable behavior. She was rude, unwilling to perform her duties, and had a negative attitude. Her interactions with patients were aggressive, and several others present agreed with this assessment. She even closed the door in my face, which was completely inappropriate. Avoid this place if you’re seeking respectful staff and proper treatment.
