Big kudos to both Cal & Dave! I had the best experience. Cal truly is the definition of JOY! From the moment I stepped inside, I was treated with such warmth and kindness. Cal instantly made me feel so comfortable and I was very impressed with how smoothly and quickly the process went and I left feeling like a very valued customer. They even arranged delivery for my car and put a new set of tires (which I LOVE) I can recommend them 100%!

I recommend never doing business with this dealership. I tried to make a deal on a 2024 Silverado. The dealership would not work with me on the price. Here is a direct quote from the salesman. "... If you're not taking it, we have 2 dealers that want it that we will trade for a 2025 unit." I thought great, I can make a deal with a dealership in Saskatoon and the Quill Plains can get a 2025 model. I made a far better deal with the Saskatoon dealership and they requested the truck from Quill Plains. They denied the requested stating that I was doing business with them. I called the sales manager and explained that I was no longer interested in doing business with the dealership. He was very rude during the call and tried to belittle me. I think this was his attempt to bully me into making the sale with Quill Plains. At this point, if you're still unsure if you'd like to do business with them. Here's another fact. I was quoted a price for the same vehicle from a dealership in Toronto. I can have that truck shipped to me in Saskatoon for over $1000 less than what Quill Plains dealership "bottom dollar" is on the truck. To wrap this all up if you enjoy being misled and overpaying for a vehicle, then this is a great dealership for you. As I stated to the Sales Manager, I will never do business with them.

Called in this morning looking for coolant lines. Guy at parts took my number and a houer later i stop at the dealership with still no return phone call. No customers at the parts counter and parts guy still didn't look for the parts. They just standing there drinking coffee

Customer service from the start was not great, the seller was rude on the phone. He gave us a price and we counter offered and he pretty much just said good bye. We got a hold of the owner who was way nicer ! However that ended very unprofessional as well!! We went back and forth on the price and then finally agreeing on a number. They sent us the info for sending a deposit and a signed bill of sale of the vehicle. We booked the flight to fly there from BC to get it as we thought it was a done deal.
The next morning said: sorry we sold to someone else who walked in last night (4:30pm our time and 6:30 pm their time when the bill of sale was sent)….
Super unprofessional and a waste of our time and money .

They won't even try to sell me stuff I don't need. I was advised to have my left ball joint changed. Asked the service guys if I needed to do both but they said the tech checked it out and it wasn't necessary.

Our salesman, Dave was excellent very helpful fill the new vehicle with gas. Took the time to show my daughter the features of the car.5 stars for him. However, the finance department seemed fairly blunt. I am assuming it was due to us getting our own financing.

I just bought my second vehicle from Quill Plains . I was very impressed how they found me a car that stands out from the crowd. I received a detailed tutorial session so I could operate the car's features. The service department is well run as well and when they set up an appointment they are timely in getting me in and out when promised. A great place to do business!

They maybe be smart but they sure know how to add hidden charges. I bought a FOB from them and they told me to return if the FOB did not work. I returned a month later from repair using the FOB and it would not start the car. They reprogrammed it for an additional 60 bucks saying they have no record of original programming.

They charged me 10 bucks to fill windshield washer fluid when it cost $5 a gallon or anti freeze, yet I never asked for this.

I asked for a new wind shield wiper and the cost was $20 but $26 to put it on. Total insanity.

They will not be seeing me again
