My tire was wobbling as I was on the highway coming into Tsawwassen today. While I was parked, someone passing by had recommended Randy’s. I called and they got me in right away. They were so kind and understanding. I had my 2 toddlers with me and the lady at the front desk was so welcoming to them. They explained to me and showed me what went wrong. Fixed my problem, made sure all of my rims were properly installed and had me ready to go in less than an hour. They were my saving grace today in such a stressful situation. 10/10 recommend!

Randy's is the greatest shop there is. Staff are talented, pleasant and HAPPY!. Randy is the most honest knowledgeable owner I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in my 50+ years of owning and operating a vehicle. I can always count on Randy to help me make the best decisions about my vehicle when it comes to tires, wheels and general vehicle repairs. Keep up the good work guys and gal.

Great shop, down to earth service (which these days is hard to find), prices are competitive. Great to call a business and have someone pick up the phone. I have purchased 2 sets of tires from Randy's TC and several puncture repairs as well as sensor replacements. I have always had a great experience.

First thing was an unhelpful/unfriendly attitude when I first entered. Despite that, I left my slow leak (having to fill the tire every 2 weeks) to be evaluated. Sidewall holes so would need to replace tires but I wanted to check around for prices.

So I proceeded to take my car to think about what to do (the slow leak has been there for a while now, not causing any issues besides having to fill every couple weeks). As I drive out I can tell it's near flat. I limp the car across the street to the gas station to fill it with air - but now it's a fast leak that empties in a few minutes.

Crappy, but maybe(?) that's a thing (converting a slow leak to a fast one accidentally), but clearly they should have told me that before I take my car 'Hey, your tire is flat btw, maybe you shouldn't drive on it'. Cannot recommend against enough. I should have left when I got the crappy attitude when I first entered. Crazy how customer service doesn't seem to matter anymore.

The tire place across the street was awesome however. Good attitude and service. I avoided them initially because the parking area is crazy tight and thought anywhere would be the same. Definitely not. Was also cheaper than what I was quoted at Randy's.

My recent visit to to Randy’s tire shop wasn’t satisfactory. I asked (Andrew) I think if slow leak in one of the tires could be fixed without damaging my recently redone rims and he assured me that it could be done no problem. At the time I dropped the car me and receptionist inspected the rim and found the rim be perfect (like new ).Sure enough when I came to pick up the car I found the rim damaged in few places .Spoke to Andru he said that run flat tires hard to get off the rim.(I guess he forgot to mention this to me when I asked him if it can be done without damaging the rim) ?.In my opinion if you not sure that you can do it without making any damage inform the customer and I’ll go where it can be done . I live in the neighborhood and the shop is very convenient for me but I will not come back there again.(pictures attached )

Very rude unhelpful and demeaning — from both the counter persons we dealt with. Had the exact experience here that you go out of your way to avoid in getting car/tire repair. Do not recommend!!!!

Today I had a great customer experience with Randy and his staff, not only they were open early but came up with a solution too. We had two tires slashed and could not drive our vehicle, Randy quickly grabbed two of his workers and truck, went to my home in Tsawwassen and did a quick removal of the tires. Took them back to his shop, put on loaner tires to come back and put them on to drive my car to his shop, all in 15 minutes. A couple hours later we had our new tires delivered and installed. What an incredible experience!!! Thank you. Best customer experience ever
