We had an incredible experience with Bryan — truly our Ontarian guardian angel ! He answered our call at 8 PM on a Friday night when we had a tire issue in the middle of nowhere during our journey across Canada. Thanks to his kindness and expertise, he got us back on our bikes that very night. The next morning, when we faced another tire issue, Bryan went above and beyond once again: he personally drove us to a trusted bike shop in Orangeville. Bryan assembled my new adult trike and his service was excellent. There was a manufacturers error with a part and Bryan went above and beyond my expectations to fix the problem. I will definitely be taking our bikes to him in the future for any work we need and I would absolutely refer him to anyone needing help with their bike.

Bryan was very flexible about drop off and pick up time (whoops, totally forgot I said I was coming by). He walked me through the service, was personable, knowledgeable and thorough.
His service on my bike took care of all of the repairs needed on my hybrid - at a very affordable rate.
We will definitely be making this our stop for all of our family bike needs.
Plus, a nice place to visit the goats, bunnies and chickens.
