I’ve been a customer of this store for the past year, and every experience I’ve had with them has been absolutely fantastic. Most recently, I purchased a straight spotting scope during their Black Friday deal. After realizing I’d prefer an angled one, I reached out to see if an exchange was possible. Shane, who has a long beard and is one of the most helpful people I’ve ever met, took care of everything. Even though the sale had ended and they didn’t have the angled model in stock, Shane made it happen by placing a special order just for me. That kind of service is rare these days!

It’s not just this one instance, though. Every time I’ve dealt with this store, they’ve been incredibly helpful, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure I’m happy with my purchases. Shein and the whole team go above and beyond, and it’s clear they value their customers. I can’t recommend them enough and look forward to continuing to shop with them in the future.

First time customer here, I took a chance on a used rifle from Reliable gun. they said it was in good condition in the description but wow when I first saw this rifle it is in mint condition and looks brand new, they definitely appear to have high standards for used rifles. Shipping was quick and very well packaged to protect the contents inside. They also have a great inventory, I will be buying from here in the future worry free

Knowledgeable, professional staff, great selection. I like how the website accurately shows their inventory. If it says its in stock, it is.
One thing I don't like is how every time I come here to buy ammo or accessories, I end up accidentally buying a new gun. I came here recently to buy a red dot sight for a new rifle, but then looked at lever action guns, and talked to a staff member about them. I ended up buying a Winchester Model 1886 in 45-70. On the way home I realized I forgot to buy a red dot so I have to go back. I wonder what gun I'll buy this time.
