10/10 service . Tammy is incredible and the techs knowledge of what I’d need despite being 2 1/2 hours away. Called in looking for replacement parts for the trolling motor. Item sorted out and shipped within 2 days . Any boat owner who I spoke with recommended rockeys and I’m now part of that group of those people ! Rockeys in Orillia has you covered !!

Everyone knows Rocky’s is the place to bring your trolling motor if you have a problem Tyler is a guru with them but we can’t forget Tammy at the front desk her customer service is by far one of the best I have ever experienced big thanks to Tammy and Tyler! 100% recommended

Have been using another authorized service center with little satisfaction so decided to drive 1 extra hour out of my way to try Rocky's. Very impressed with the quick turnaround and fair pricing offerred with friendly service.

Definitely a Minn Kota Talon expert and was worth the 3 hour round trip travel time!

Had issues with Talon not deploying. Tyler was fantastic. Knowledgeable , friendly and more than that he was concerned about why it failed. That is very rare in business today. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. Excellent service. Thank you very much.

My Ultrex foot peddle had a board go and a cable broke, I left home at 05:30 to be there before they opened and I was and Tyler had it fixed in just over an hour and I went to Lake Couchiching from 9am until 7pm to put it to work and everything worked great and a bonus was I caught Small mouth Largemouth and a bunch of Pike before heading home not bad for a 15 hour trip lol Tight Lines Fishing 🎣

My friend broke the tip of my brand new Okuma leadcore rod on a fishing trip with his truck door.. I wrote to Okuma and ask if I can only buy the top section. They provided me the contact infos of 4 shops in Canada to help me with the warranty.

I told them that I did not expected to have the top section for free as it was not a product defect, but human error. At my surprise, Rockey's Tackle Services Inc just asked for my name and address and in 2 days, the top section was on my porch. Amazing customer service!

Spoke to Tammy on the phone who was professional and courteous. The arm assembly for my Pflueger Supreme XT 35 broke and was pleased to hear it was in stock. Ordered on Tuesday with Tammy and received new replacement on Friday. Definitely pleased with the fast service and replacement part was exactly like the original. Will definitely buy products and/or services from Rockey's in the future. Very satisfied with my experience and no one would ever know the arm assembly on my reel was replaced.
