I signed up for a 3-day course, restricted and non restricted firearms. The first day went fine and the instructor was a nice, funny guy. It was fairly informative. But after the second day I was a little disappointed. A 4 hour course turned into 2. While I was writing the rest for restricted firearms, there were questions requiring information that was never covered by the instructor which tells me he was being lazy and didn’t give us the full course. I passed the test and I was told I’d receive my certificate the next day via email. Two weeks went by and I didn’t receive anything. Another two weeks or no responses and many unanswered calls and he finally got back to me. I kid good money for this course and the lack of communication, and incomplete information made it very disappointing.

My husband and I attended the Core course on October 28, 2024. Both completed and passed.

The problem now is that we were told they would be in the mail the next day and should receive them the following week. I personally have called once and emailed three times, all emails unanswered. My husband called and received an answer a couple weeks ago that they would find our papers and get them in the mail, we should have them shortly. It is now a week after they should have arrived for the second time, so my husband calls once again today and is told he will get a call back before the weekend.

It’s now been 3.5 months since taking the course and we have no clue where our paperwork is.

Edit: We are bow 4 months later than original and my newborn is 5 months old. Owner called my husband back and said he wants to work with us.

Was pretty excited when my husband booked this course for me for my birthday back in June. However, our newborn was sick and was in the hospital, resulting in us needing to pull out last minute, our son was just 2 months old and we didn’t feel comfortable leaving him with a babysitter or having one of both of us go to the class as planned, as we have a 5 year old at home.

I emailed to explain my emergency and then was told that I would be assisted… we got one email the night before a class asking us to go the following day. We have asked multiple times and reached out to no avail — we just want to book our courses and get certified & have checked every week for a month, multiple classes have had space. So disappointed!

Hoping the owner will do the right thing and refund us so we can book elsewhere.

Explaining everything in the most simplest manner. I was scared as I have no knowledge of the firearms but Mr. Opinder understands very well that we are just naive and he does the best to simplify all the complicated terminology

Mr Opinder Singh was a great instructor, he is well informed and knows important details and is well informed about firearms. I am under 18 and he has guided me in the possible way to obtain my full license. This was a wonderful course Id recommend going to him for sure.
