dad had a rife on consignment with this guy..scope and stap went missing and he for some reason stripped it down..messing up all the screws and did not torque anything back to spec.needless to say he wasn't happy...it was over 20 years ago now Brian.perhaps the store has changed hand sense then..no big deal but I was just going through his collection and had to ask him about that one..I remember using it as a kid 45 years ago..appreciate you getting back though. tc

I called Santarosa just to enquire about parts availability. The gentleman was very friendly and did not rush. Gave me a link to a Alberta company for parts. He reassured me parts were kind of easy to get for an old Marlin I was thinking of buying. I wish they were closer to Windsor like they used to be, but still somewhat close by. Thank you Santarosa for a good experience of customer service.

Bought my first shotgun from Sanatarossa in 1983 when Andy had the business and was still in Tecumseh. I bought I have no idea how many other rifles and shotguns I bought even after they moved out to Essex. Over the years got to be very good friends with Bill. Even after he moved to Rodney I still did bussiness with him. There just isn't many shops around anymore that still take care of customers and do the work like you used to see way back when. 40 years after my first purchase from them and even though Andy and Bill are both gone Santarossa Shooting Sports still gets the first call when I'm looking for something.
