Great experience definitely get the monthly membership, it’s a no-brainer because of the value.

Felt staff was easy going and stress free to work with.

Found Shoot Straight to be one of the better fun ranges out there. Never felt rushed or micromanaged during our shooting session. I was able to go to my buddy in the other lane and shoot his gun and he shoot mine and take my time to relax, practice and learn.

I’d probably say the only constructive feedback was I wish staff was more customer focused.

I was interested in buying a gun while waiting for range to open but they were all too busy it seemed to help me. I’ll go when it’s less busy to buy next time I guess. Holiday sale looked interesting with some nice deals.

Joe the manager is the absolute best. Knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Mason, our sales person spent quality time with us and showing us all the things that we were looking forward to in obtaining our weapons. Shoot straight shoots straight. It’s a great place to come to very organized very professional and an awesome place to even shoot your weapons. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone thank you so much for you’re excellent service.

Great store, Great range, Great Staff. Tell them what you are looking for and they will educate you on what you are looking at. Whether it's an attachment or a weapon. Very knowledgeable and they aren't pushy. I will definitely be a constant customer.

Brought my Godson here for the first time and had an amazing time! It was a Saturday and crazy busy but the staff was courteous and the customer service was amazing. Alex specifically was phenomenal. We’re not as experienced so whenever we had a jam or needed any assistance, he was more than happy to help. I ended up signing up for a monthly membership (crazy affordable) and I’m looking forward to taking my fiancé and daughter.

Great inventory. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products. Thwy are all cordial, and attentive. They are a very busy shop most of the time, so if you want help, most of the time you have to wait a while for someone to free up. They didn't stock any 10 mm for my range ammo, so that was disappointing. If you are shopping for a firearm this is a very good place to do it. If you are looking for a place to hit targets on the weekend expect a wait time. I really do like this shop and the guys that work there.

I came in and I’ve dealt with Matt previously couldn’t say enough about customer service and the attention to details. I stop by Sunday and even though they were completely busy, Matt made the time and went over all of my needs for my 4 firearms with sites case ammo an accessories that I purchased and insured me when I come back to pick everything up. Everything will be sited in and completed to fit the case if you’re looking for a place to either just use the range or service your firearm or looking to purchase please don’t hesitate to go in and see Matt or Anthony or Joe you truly won’t be disappointed .

Overall, Shoot Straight is a pretty good range. The staff is helpful, and there’s a wide variety of rentals. It can get busy, which means occasional wait times, but it’s still a solid choice for anyone looking to practice or try something new. Would recommend, but aim to go during less busy hours if possible.
