Recently successfully completed RPAL course presented by Ken Fisher at the Delta location.
Ken is passionate about this course and is an ambassador in his field.
Silvercore have gone above and beyond in having great staff from Lisa on the front line to the instructors that present the courses.
I would have no hesitation recommending Silvercore to anybody wishing to acquire their respective firearm licences.
I look forward to signing up for some of the other courses that Silvercore present.

If you're going for your PAL and RPAL, this is the place. Request to be in Dat's Louie class. He not only instruct but teaches you. Safety is his priority and he'll definitely drill it into you. I left with a new respect for handling guns.

Also, his class is so fun that it won't even feel like you're studying. Lots of jokes, dark humor, and tons of educational moments (i.e historical context of Canada and American gun laws), I highly recommend this class.

In preparation for my PAL, I took the online Canadian firearms safety course provided by Silvercore Outdoors.

The course is thorough, interactive and fun! It provides videos, slides and quizzes to-boot.

I was able to pick away at it over the course of a couple months as my busy mom-life would allow.

I'm so grateful for this online tool. I'm not much of a reader, so this was a much better option for someone like me who learns better visually/interactively.

I passed my in-person PAL course with a 98% on both written and practical!

Recently completed the Firearms Safety Course with Brock Edwards and had a blast! From the get-go Brock had us engaged and laughing with his infectious sense of humor. But don't let that fool you, because when it comes to firearms, he's as serious as they come.

Brock's teaching style is both informative and concise, which made the two days fly by. As a beginner, I was initially intimidated, but Brock's expertise and approachability quickly put me at ease. I'm now eager to develop my skills and knowledge further.

If you're looking for a firearms instructor who combines expertise with humor and makes learning an absolute blast, look no further than Brock Edwards. I can't recommend him highly enough and I will definitely be taking more courses.

Absolutely recommend Silvercore for introduction to firearms safety!
My son and I signed up for Silvercore's non-restricted and restricted PAL course. We both have very little firearms knowledge and experience prior to this course, so I will admit that we were a bit nervous.
On day one, we were introduced to an amazing instructor- Taka K.
This guy knows his stuff, kept us entertained, and shared real world experiences drawn from his vast and impressive firearms life (competition shooter and more...) even managed to make the few boring bits engaging.
I will not hesitate to continue my path with firearms education with the fine folks at Silvercore.

My partner and I recently completed the Canadian Firearms Safety Course (Non-Restricted and Restricted), and it was truly a top-notch experience, earning a 15/10 rating from us. Our instructor, Jon, demonstrated an exceptional level of expertise and created an environment that was conducive to learning and asking questions without hesitation. Prior to this course, I had never handled a firearm, but now I feel fully equipped with the necessary skills to operate one safely and handle any situations involving firearms with confidence. Took Handgun Fundamentals (HG1) course this pass Sunday. Instructor was excellent in Instruction and Gun safety. (Adam Bach). He explained technical things in a logical and simple way, building as he went along. Have been using handgun for a year, but feel way better and confident after taking the course and learning new skills. Highly recommend course and will be signing up for level II.
