Our first time visiting any shooting range. This was such a wonderful, informative experience. Our range officer Patrick, was super patient and helpful. Felt very safe in our experience. Definitely hooked now and will be returning again soon!

It’s been the first week since I received my PAL, and it’s also my first time at the shooting range. My friend and I experienced a three-hour supervised package, with Eric as our instructor. He was incredibly enthusiastic and professional, giving us a lot of valuable advice during our shooting session and carefully helping me adjust my gun’s sights. He also provided very professional explanations for all the questions we had, which is very important for a beginner. The staff at the front desk were also very friendly; their responses were quick and professional, whether via email or text. We really liked the atmosphere and environment of this range. As an outdoor range, the air circulation is excellent. Compared to other indoor ranges near downtown Toronto, I think if I were to choose a place to become a member, I would pick Silversale!

Awesome shooting range. I have been coming to Silverdale Gun Club quite often this past year and every time it's a great experience. All the staff, from the office to the range officers in the field are always very friendly and extremely helpful whenever I need assistance or have questions. The place is always spotless. The bathrooms are clean. All the seats and tables in all the ranges are always well maintained and in excellent shape. They also have Lanz Shooting Supplies right at the front office which comes very handy when you end up firing more rounds than anticipated.
Overall this is a great place.

Super friendly staff and good environment with a safety first attitude. The ladies working in the shop out front are super nice and the ROs I met are very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help you learn. They even helped sight in a rifle (which I purchased from the shop at the front of the range) which I was having a bit of trouble with as it was my first red dot and helped guide me by watching where I was hitting my target threw his spotting scope, saving me from having to walk back and forth to my target. Just started my membership here and very glad to join. Looking forward to my next trip here and meeting other like-minded shooters.

First time this year at silverdale and our rso, Patrick helped us tremendously with sighting in our rifles. A polite, friendly and punctual character. Was very patient, knowledgeable and eager in helping us as much as possible making the 3 hours we were there an extremely enjoyable shooting experience to have him around. Learned a lot and had a lot of fun. Clean, safe and very organized range with reasonable pricing. Looking forward to becoming a member next year!

My first time at a shooting range! I didn't know what to expect but the staff especially the guys at the range were great. They taught us how to hold, aim, and additional tips throughout. It was lots of fun and something I'd never thought I do but now would be interested in doing again. The location property is big! Check it out!

I went to Silverdale gun club today for the first time. I did the hunters sight-in. I will also say this is the first time I had ever shot a firearm. I was a little nervous when I first arrived. The lady at the counter asked for all my information and provided me with a card outlining the rules. Very professional and friendly experience with the office staff. I was given clear directions as to where to go. I headed for range 4 and asked for Scott. I let Scott know it was my first time shooting and he was more than happy to help me sight in my rifle while providing very helpful lessons on how to become a better shooter. I put down range just over 20 rounds of .308 in total, after around 10 rounds my rifle was good to go. I have to give Scott some credit for his lessons as they definitely worked. I also got to experience some shotgun slugs which was a lot of fun. Put just under 20 slugs down range. I want to thank the team at Silverdale gun club for the level of professionalism and focus on safety while being patient with new shooters. It was an amazing experience for me and will come back soon. I also joined the waiting list to become a member as well. Hopefully when I come back it will be as a member.
