Have a very bad experience with Simplytire today. Last year this time I purchased a set of new winter tires from them as well as 4 steel wheels and installed on site. Today when I change winter time, my mechanic noticed one of the wheel is obviously different from the other three (has different # of holes), which will cause safety issue if the different wheel has a different offset. I did experienced car swerving issues last winter on some type of highway road (e.g. if on grooved surface) after the change of winter tire. Thought it was the winter tire but now it is clear the different rim could very much be the reason. Called simplytire and their attitude was rude. Blamed me why I didn't notice it after the change last year instead of reflecting on the reckless work their shop worker mixing different Rims and putting customers in danger potentially. Said they don't care about any negative review new customs will come anyway...Has been a loyal customer with them for more than 15 years ever since Allen worked there and did the annual redflagdeals sale... Too bad this place has gone downhill ever since the business ownership change many other people mentioned. Today has a personal experience verifying it is true.

It was a totally happy experience, starting from searching for new all season tires for our car to leaving the store with new tires. Ripped my winters and said they were “already ripped.” Who are you kidding you ripped them putting them on. I’ve been a loyal customer. I’ve bought rims, tires and more from you guys. I’ve recommended you guys to friends and family. On top of ripping my winter tires, you charge $60 because you put two of them on. Shame on you. You’ve lost a loyal customer, was looking to get new summer rims too. Going to take my business elsewhere. Shameful.

I was recommended to this garage years ago about the stellar service and competitive pricing, but it seems like things have gone downhill recently. I finalized my appointment via email with Mariya and the receptionist did not even have my appointment booked for that day. Then I was directed to wait in the service area to see if they have anything in stock and not to my surprise, they have nothing available for my car and no ETA on the tire.

I understand some things are out of your control, but what is within your control is to let your customer know ahead of time that the part, tire, etc. is unavailable and to reschedule to another time when it is in stock. Waste of time, would not recommend.

Been coming here for over a decade whenever I need tires, or an occasional winter/summer swap. Their prices are always super competitive and their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They did a seasonal tire swap on my Tesla and used the proper lift points as well! Fast and effective! Highly recommended!

Was informed about this tire shop never again will I be coming back here after the worst customer experience I had ever had. Came by the other morning to get a winter tire change, the lady at the desk was very rude and disrespectful to start off with which I had no idea why.. and the gentleman I was dealing with afterwards had zero customer experience as well. I had questions as any customer would have and definitely nervous to ask after asking a few questions and getting the worse response filled with attitude as if I was bothering them.
