Store is ok. Factory is disgusting as the people too. Supervisors are garbage and the management aswell. Only thing the place is good for is money even then it's not worth it.

Me and my BFF went to the tent sale. Be prepared to stand in line. Selection was great, as were the prices. Spent the wait in line talking to many avid crafters. I'll definitely go again next year.

All the crochet lovers must visit this place. That has a huge range of varieties and colors. If you love to work with velvet yarn, then you will feel like heaven. There are so many color options. Amazing colors have never been seen before. Their scrap yarn bins are also worth. I mean, really, for 10 cents, you get to pick up your choice of yarn preloved work. It's quite a drive for me, but it's totally worth it. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They manage their website and social pages very well and always answer the phone calls. The place is so well kept. All the credit goes to the staff who maintain it so well, and we always feel so welcoming.

The customer service is horrible. They do not answer their phone. Upon arriving and finding the store empty except for the two employees, not being greeted or even acknowledge, I left extremely disappointed. I waisted my time and gas, I drove for over an hour from out of town, only to find a poor selection and two employees who seemed annoyed that I bothered them. I will never return.

I so love this place, 2 hugh sales a year. Cannot believe the stock of different types of yarn they have. Been going 2 years now. It is a MUST go type of place. Like on Facebook and get the information for their sales.

Customer service is a hit or miss, but usually they are pretty helpful and enjoy and appreciate the craft!

Highly recommend if you love bernatt yarn.

There is currently construction happening at the bridge which is front of their store. There are signs to help guide you to get to the store, which was really helpful!! The store is open, but they did have to cancel their tent sale, however, they have a great deal going on at the moment- buy three yarn get the third one free !!!

So go check them out.

Aside note: there are no public washroom there.

The isles are a bit narrow, so I am not sure how wheelchair accessible it is. You can go through most areas, there are just some tight areas but the workers can help if asked nicely.

Clean and well stocked. (Shelves were full) I was disappointed though, as I’ve been trying to get here for several years. Finally going through town during opening hours was exciting. It was a let down. Not near the size I expected. There are more options at much closer places. Prices were expensive. I did purchase yarn but it was same I can get at Michael’s for same price. Employees weren’t helpful. Not one word out of them even while checking out. I was trying to converse but only got “mhm” out of her. I won’t go back. Just not exciting to me.
