My friend and I went on a Thursday afternoon. There wasn't a lot of people there which meant we didn't need to wait very long. This was our first time shooting ever and it was very fun!

When we first got there, one of the staff helped us with signing waivers and checking ID. This was very straightforward. Then, we went to pick targets and guns. Our instructor, Justin, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us recommendations for which gun to pick but was very open to letting us pick. We picked to shoot a pistol, revolver, and rifle. This meant we had a wide range to try out. There were different number of bullets (6 for revolver and 10 for pistol) and there were different types of bullets (one that were regular ones, one that had more fire power, and one that was bigger). Justin told us which guns had more recoil, and which ones would be easier to shoot. The names of the guns are not posted, so when they were told to us, we both forgot immediately. We just pointed at which gun we wanted.

Justin showed us where to go, how to shoot, and other safety protocols to follow. He was patient and stood by whenever we were shooting. He asked us how it went and which gun we preferred. He answered all of our questions, and I think we both learned a lot.

At the end, we spent around an hour there. With the target sheets, guns, bullets, and day pass, the total cost was around $117 per person. Ultimately, it was a good experience for a first timer.

One critique I would make is having more target sheets up to choose from. Aside from the 2 white paper target sheets, there were only around 3 zombie targets to pick from.

The straight shooters indoor range is an awesome place for some fun for both family and friends. What struck me the most is their priority of safety and their amazing customer service. We were a group of 14 and we had no issues going through the process, thanks to Joseph, who made our experience a lot easier and therefore more enjoyable. Joseph should get employee of the year for the amazing service and overall great unwaivering energy that he brought to our day. He made sure that everyone in the group had a fair and equal opportunity both in the shooting range and in the safety orientation. We came with a group of children who had lots of questions and he made sure that none of the questions went unanswered. I would recommend this location to everyone who is interested in shooting, you will never go wrong with service as the Straight shooters indoor range team is equipped with qualified trained professionals who will make sure you have fun every step of the way.

Went with some friends and had Joseph as our instructor. What an experience, was patient with us, made sure we were safe. Amazing experience overall. Had great stories and took great pictures and made us so sick poses. Definitely going to come back in the future and request Joseph as my instructor. Thank you for the amazing experience

This is my Son and daughter's first time to target shoot. it really goes so smooth and gave a goof and amazing experience for my kids. the instructor Ms. Anjelli really knows her craft she shows and educate us the basic and safety procedures in handling a gun.. you can really tell that this is her passion. thank you for giving my kids a giving my kids a great experience we really appreciate you.
