I took a shotgun training class with Cindy and she is amazing!
Her knowledge of shotguns and handguns is extensive. She took the time to carefully explain gun safety, shooting techniques and how to properly clean a gun. She also taught practical safety, suggesting I carry the shotgun at home to become mindful of handling in tight spaces…in case of an intruder. We then went to the range and, with her guidance, shot some rounds and had some fun.
Cindy was patient, thorough and made certain I felt confident in my skills. She made the experience enjoyable and educational. I highly recommend her as an instructor.

I am new to shooting. I'm also working on getting my CCW permit. I was able to purchase my first hand gun here. I purchased an HK VP9SK. They made the process easy. The staff is excellent in helping me achieve my goal. They go out of their way to help you. They make going to the range fun, and it has a family feel. Shout out to Rick, who gave me my initial training. And to Glenn and Brian for being exceptional teachers. Brian also went out of his way to help me calibrate my optics. If you are thinking about learning how to shoot, and learning all of the important rules that comes with it, then Tactical Training Center is the place to be.

As a new gun owner with no experience in firearms, the staff at Tactical training center has been so incredibly helpful. From finding the perfect firearm to learning to shoot it safely, they walked me through every step of the way. A HUGE shout out to Cindy, a one on one lesson with her was exactly what I needed to truly get comfortable with my gun. She went over every part of the gun with me, showing me how to dismantle it, clean it, properly hold it, use the sights and eventually shoot it. She was so knowledgeable and full of great tips for better accuracy. If you're a newbie like me, I HIGHLY recommend a lesson with her to improve your skills. She gives each lesson her all, you won't be disappointed.

This place is only good for members. Opens at 12:00 Noon and I'm in lone outside at 11:30AM waiting. I'm the first one in the door and when I go to check in some young guy ask me, "are you a member" and I say no. He tells me I have to wait for all of the members to check in first. I stand in line like an idiot for 15 minutes and he calls me forward. I'm now told there are no available lanes and I have to wait 1-1.5 hours. This has happened to me several times in the past and when I complained to Dan the owner he replied "you should become a member". I also noticed as they reached the end of the line of members they were being told they could only have the lane for 30 minutes and not the hour they requested. Not a place or system I want to be a part of and would recommend not to go to this place unless you want to be committed to a 12 month membership. I will not be back again, I had this same problem several years ago and never came back and I guess I just enjoy the aggravation and figured I would give it a try again. This is what happens when you are the only game in town...

Awesome place. Went there for the 1st time today. Everyone was friendly. I had a blast renting 3 hand guns. The process was so smooth and efficient. So, I spent more time in the port shooting, than waiting around. Overall, I had a great experience. I will definitely becoming again and referring TTC to my friends!

Nothing but a great experiences anytime I’ve been to Tactical Training Center. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions or concerns I may have. Place is nice and clean with a great range, and a good selection of rentals. Definitely recommend!

These guys are great when you dont need anything, but who isnt? I put a deposit on an ordered shotgun, and when I decided not to take it, I was met with nothing but lies and attempts to keep my deposit. I'm a salesman myself and we constantly give deposits back when a deal doesn't go through. They claimed that there was a 25% restocking fee which was on the 'contract' that I signed... but I signed a blank piece of paper that was filled out afterwords. I called before the gun came in to cancel, but was told to wait until it came in and think about it, then when it came in, they said they can only cancel an order before it arrives, so it was too late. This went on for 2 weeks, and each time I could only talk to an hourly sales employee... not once did the manager speak to me even when I requested it, he just told he sales guy to come out and say 'no if ands or buts' and in their mind, that was that. Also, claiming that it would be 'tough to sell a hunting shotgun' 2 weeks before hunting season starts kind of shows how clueless these guys are. It was gone the next time I went... and a hunting display was set up... shocker

I have more photos but am only adding the ones I have permission to add from parents. This review is for the Laser Tag only. ( My oldest has taken junior firearms camps and safety courses here as well and I highly recommend and will do a separate review)
This occasion was to celebrate my sons birthday and was a last minute small party (covid stuck the guest list down). From the beginning the guys running the even were kind, easy going and helped everyone to have a blast. They were knowledgable, made the younger guests feel special and gave us ample time for our monies worth- which I was nervous about it being overwith too fast for the steep price. Expensive for laser tag I originally was quick to label it but I left feeling that every penny I spent was well worth it and than some. It was very hot inside the warehouse - in May. It is a large generous space which would be costly to cool but it would not stop us from returning. The music, lights and fog contributed to the great overall atmosphere. This is laser tag all grown up! But kids 10 and up should handle it fine as well. In my opinion.
