Wonderful experience! Grounds are stunning, well maintained and staff is so friendly and helpful. I came here with a group of first timers to shoot clays. Doug is AWESOME. We took a lesson with him and had such a great time! 10/10 would recommend.

Had a great time. I’ve only been once and I was there for about four hours. I made a new friend there too. The only reason I’m giving 4/5 instead is because I was told that they don’t have competitions there, even though the registration papers suggest that they have them. By asking if we are interested in competition.

Great spot to shoot our handguns and long guns. It also has a separate sporting clays area and archery. We enjoy it because it is covered (great for the downpours & hot heat) and well organized. You can also rent guns there too, along with getting shooting lessons too.

The shooting range is right at the entrance of the public land use along with the welcome center. Inside the store is where you will pay the entrance fee, and you can find your basic shooting necessity items (no guns for sale).

You can also ride bikes there, go fishing, horse back riding, and of course wildlife viewing areas.

We have yet to explore the entire area, but we enjoy it because it's close to home and it's outdoors.

Love going to this range! Today really reinforced it's one of the best ones in central Florida! Props to Eric in the 50/100 yard range!!!! He helped me zero in my 308 AR and gave me tips on sitting position, scope position(once i get back home), and caring for my rifle! Will always support this range! Eric is definitely an asset to this range!

Well, today was quite something. And I'm someone who's come to the range multiple times. But it's always been a Sat. Came in on Sunday afternoon to test out a new suppressor. I had my short barrel AR and my PCC. I was greeted by a RO who I've haven't dealt with before. This was a well kept elder white guy. They always ask the same first question everytime. "What are you shooting?" I replied "A AR" What came next is something I never would have expected. The utter disdane, disrespect, unprofessional, rudeness of this RO was on another level. Be prepared to be talked down to, berated and yelled at. He felt the need to berate me because I brought my AR to the pistol/ rifle side and not the otherside which are mostly dedicated to just rifles. He proceeded to tell me to head down to the 50yrd which I tell him no. I wanted something closer, I tell you how far I want to shoot, you don't ever tell me where I go. I wanted the 15yrds since I'll mainly be shooting my PCC. He tells me no, it's too short of a distance. This RO doesn't seem to understand that from the 15 to the 50, we're all shooting at the same damn berm 50yrds away. We disagree a few more times before we finally allows me to shoot at the 25yrd. To which when I get there, there are like 4 other people shooting their AR's. Since then we don't speak again. But within the next 2hrs I see and hear him yell at someone harmlessly reach to grab his paper target during the beginning of a cold session. We haven't been cleared to service our targets yet. Demand someone else that when they are done zeroing their bolt rifle at the 25 & 50yrd. He wants them out of the range and into the other side where the 50/ 100yrd is at. Yell at someone walking back to their car to sweep up their brass but ended up just yelling at the wrong guy. And worst of all, a father and son. The father was showing his son to shoot a pistol and before they can even fire the first round. The RO leans in and tells them if the boy misses that target, he wants them out. I don't care what crazy stuff you've seen as a RO. You need to keep your cool, talk to people with respect and lend your help when it's asked for and not forcefully give it when it's not needed. To top it all off, the 2nd RO. A big fat white guy was just plain lazy at doing his job. When people were servicing their targets. He would go and sweep all of the brass from the other side of the table and sweep it into your area forcing you to sweep up what he's supposed to be doing. My advice, go on a Sat. If you get a Hispanic RO, he's cool. If you get a old white guy, be prepared.

The 100yrds range are now open again after being closed since the hurricane that passed through Central Florida and it's a welcomed sight. The extra wide lanes coupled with the height adjustment seats that can be moved for left/ right handed shooters makes this a awesome range for most folks. Definitely worth the $12 but bring your own targets because they are super expensive at the shop.

Took my nephew to go fishing. Property is extremely well managed and plenty of spots to cast. 30 lakes to fish from. They have shooting ranges for rifles and handgun. They also have an area for skeet shooting. Great place with helpful staff.
