there is a pool on the 20th floor and it is visible from the bottom up, imagine what it is like to see it from the top down; Wow

almost every building in vancouver has some special feature that makes it unique, very nice!

Great building. The staff working here are amazing. Manan the front desk manager making sure things are running smoothly, Ritu is a very hard worker, Nelson working hard cleaning.

As the owner of one the units, there are some other names I don’t know but overall the team here are great. So much the building offers. $2.00 car wash, free coffee in the coffee lounge, glass swimming pool, hot tub, stream room, sauna, gym, party room for rent etc. you can’t go wrong living here. Most of the complaints you see here are during COVID, during times of a lot of uncertainties.

I've lived here for almost 2 years and I am satisfied. I have nothing negative to say - it is a gorgeous building, secure, and everything runs smoothly. I have lived in many buildings in downtown Vancouver, and living in the Arc has been one of my best experiences.

To me, the shape of the building is very appealing from distance. I love the pool and the gym working out while looking at beautiful sceneries in the window to forget about counting calories on treadmill. The only minus is the lifts! I wish all 4 of them work but sometimes one is off. The building is clean and has a wonderful Tokyo view as they say!

The management is not considering the 87 Nelson building, which has only two elevators, when sending staff to deliver cleaning supplies to the amenities on the 20th floor. Meanwhile, the adjacent 89 Nelson tower has three elevators, making it possible to lock one without significant disruption. However, the building management has chosen to lock an elevator in the 87 Nelson tower, which already has only two. This decision seems poorly thought out.

The place looks nice, good location but the management is out to lunch. By far this has to be to most beautiful building developed by Concord but it's currently being ran to the ground by Rancho Management.

Many people's dream home has now becoming a nightmare since Rancho decided to raise the strata fees twice in the last year and a half when the building is still considered new. Rancho is very quick to fine their residences and slowwwww to respond to any issues.

The management company keeps on removing amenities. The mudroom and workshop are nowhere to be found. They just took away the cappuccino lounge on the 2nd floor.

This is criminal fraud, they still advertise these amenities in their marketing materials.

Joseph Tsang and the property management team demonstrate remarkable promptness and professionalism in addressing concerns. A special mention to Allan and the maintenance team for their unwavering dedication to resident satisfaction. The exceptional construction quality significantly enhances the living environment. While elevator speed may be a topic of discussion, it's comparable to other downtown Vancouver buildings I've lived in. Overall, I enthusiastically recommend 89 Nelson Street for its outstanding management, maintenance, and construction quality. Proud to call it home!
