An Unforgettable Experience at Lancaster Manor Bed and Breakfast!

We stayed at Lancaster Manor Bed and Breakfast in Gainesville, Texas, the night of our wedding, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the charm of this historic manor enveloped us. The warm, inviting decor and beautifully maintained gardens created a romantic atmosphere that made it the ideal getaway for our first night as a married couple.

They provided us with a shuttle service to and from our wedding venue, picking us up after the reception at 11:00 PM, which made everything so seamless and stress-free.

The organic food selection was fantastic! Our breakfast the next morning was nothing short of amazing. The fresh ingredients and thoughtful presentation truly elevated our dining experience. I still can't get over the delightful “happy accident” jam they served, made with fig and another fruit that escapes my memory—it was such a treat!

We stayed in the Rose Room, also known as the honeymoon suite, and we absolutely loved its quiet, historic vibe. The comfortable furnishings and lovely decor made us feel right at home. We also enjoyed spending time with Mama Cat on the patio, where we were captivated by the stories of the deep-rooted culture and history of the Manor shared by the attentive staff.

With its charming ambiance, exquisite food, and exceptional service, Lancaster Manor made our wedding night even more special. We had such an enjoyable experience that we’re already planning to return next year for our one-year anniversary! Long live the Manor! We love it!

We booked a 2 night stay here for our anniversary and it exceeded our expectations! From the second we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome and fresh banana bread. Our room had the most comfortable bed and was outfitted with cozy robes. We enjoyed watching college football and swimming in the pool Saturday afternoon. The food was to die for!! The breakfast omelets, pancakes and everything else was truly the best breakfast we’ve ever had. Our dinner was exceptional as well- a delicious fresh salad and a cooked to perfection steak. Overall, a magnificent and romantic stay at the Lancaster Manor!

Anyone can stay at a boring hotel. How often can you stay in a graciously conserved historic mansion? This B&B was elegant, and a step back in time. Beautifully decorated for Christmas, it kick-started our holiday spirit! Quiet. Clean. Authentic. Connie and John are amazing hosts and Chef's. From the complimentary drink upon arrival to the tour and history of the Manor, to the organic breakfast; we did not want to leave. It was a rejuvenating experience only 12 miles from Winstar. We will be back! So relaxing, and the hot tub on a cold night under the stars was peaceful.

This was my husband and I’s first bed and breakfast experience and it definitely set the bar high! The innkeepers, Connie and John, were so friendly, warm, and welcoming. Not to mention, the breakfast was to die for!! We hope to be back for a longer stay in addition to telling our friends and family about this sweet and unique place. If you’re wondering whether to stay here or a hotel, definitely here! You won’t regret it!

Wow! The rooms are Magnificent! Very beautiful, clean, spacious, and superbly decorated. I'm a Certified Chef and the food was way above my expectations. The flavors and textures so we'll matched and balanced. Connie and John truly deliver White Glove Services. This is a 5 STAR Establishment. Absolutely Magnificent!!!!

What a wonderful experience! The hosts, Connie and John, were fabulous. Very warm and welcoming. Connie came out to greet us on the porch and invited us in and shared a little about the house and its history. She treated us with a glass of wine and champagne and some warm banana bread as a snack. It was the best banana bread I’ve ever had, no lie. We stayed in the Cowboy room and it was very comfortable and quiet. We slept great. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were very soft. Good pillows as well.
The next morning we had one of the best breakfast I’ve ever eaten. They truly have the omelette technique down. It was served with homemade sugared bacon, biscuits, jam and butter. Saturday night, before the concert at WinStar, we enjoyed a wonderful three course meal in their dining room. Everything we ate while there was just amazing. They are fabulous cooks!
We love that they offered the shuttle service to and from WinStar. So helpful!

The next morning we had to leave early and they were kind enough to fix us a fresh breakfast sandwich and coffee to go. Very sweet. Hospitality was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We truly enjoyed our trip and will definitely be back!! ?

From the moment we entered the manor to the moment we left, we were impressed with the atmosphere and hospitality of Connie and John. The breakfast was made to order and chef prepared, and hands down the best breakfast we've ever had. All their ingredients are organic and thoughtfully picked out. The room was beautiful and made us feel at home. We soaked in the hottub late at night, which was incredible. This place is a MUST stay!! Definitely recommend it to everyone, 5/5 ⭐️.

We just had our family get together at this lovely place, for the fourth year in a row! The owners are absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond each year to make our gathering occur without any issues. The food is excellent, the space and grounds are gorgeous and spacious, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful. I highly recommend this venue!
