Wonderful customer service - helpful, friendly staff. Early December we were travelling from Cape Breton to Halifax trying to make it to the store before closing to pick a part they were holding for me. Due to bad weather we weren’t sure if we’d make it before closing so I called ahead to let them know I would have to pick up the part another day. The young man in parts dept said not to worry and offered to wait until we got there. Fortunately we made it a few minutes before closing and all worked out. Appreciated the offer and kindness lessened the stress of not rushing in bad weather 🙂

Dalton in parts goes that extra mile. Emailed Suzuki directly to get a time frame for me on a part, most guys would just give the old "yeah it's backordered, don't know when". That's the effort that keeps customers.

Great service, if they don’t have they part I need they gladly will order it in, very friendly staff on and off the phone.
Also very helpful even when you are just browsing asking questions they will find the right ride to suit you and your family and have all the safety gear and off road gear you will need 10/10 in my opinion I’m a regular customer and plan to keep it that way!

Had bought brand new Suzuki 750 kingquad and had up graded tires and noticed I had a speed wobble on pavement and dirt had it in twice they can’t find anything wrong and Suzuki canada said there not made for pavement I had 3 wheelers atv sxs old tires new tires never ever had a wobble like this so know they are replacing my tires with original stock and cash back for the upgrades better off I guess because it’s costing Suzuki and there dealership money. 🤨😳guess thanks Dalton for the best solution at least he tried.😃
