Couldn't recommend these guys enough! Just scored a once in a lifetime all original unrefurbrished Russian SKS that needed some minor TLC. The guys took one look at it and said no problem, leave it with us and we'll take care of it. A few hours later I come back to pick up my SKS and leave as a very happy customer with some high quality ammunition to use in it to boot. Definitely a place I can recommend to all my friends for all their firearm ownership needs.

Phoned for price on a part for a marlin rifle, was told they had it and was quoted a price.
I phoned back the very next morning and got the same fellow I talked to the day before.
He said he remembered me but said he made a mistake on the price, it jumped up to twice the price.
I told them to forget it and I phoned Western Gun Parts. They had it and it was less then half the price.
Beware seems to me they are scammers. Won't call again

Great guys to deal with. I have been going there for just about 35 years on and off. Always willing to help and always going out of their way to make my kids feel special.

My son just got a Henry .22 for his birthday and they made his day.

Thanks for always being a good group helping all with their shooting needs.

Picture this place like one of those old school bookstores from the movies... no smelly candles, no blankets or coffee mugs, and no fidget spinners by the cash.
Just books! Well, firearms in this case.

You walk in, you're greeted by friendly staff who not only love to talk about their trade and hunting, they want to get to know you in order to better serve you.
I love this place! If this is your hobby, then this is your #1 destination.
Check these guys out for sure.

I've attended T&T Gunworks 5 or 6 times over the last few years. My attendance in June 2017 will be my last.

Each time I have gone to TNT Gunworks, I have never been of the opinion that the customer service was anymore than mediocre. More often then not, the service and attitude of staff has been bad.

My last attendance involved the purchase of rings for a rifle. I requested that TNT mount the scope. Big mistake.

Anyone can take a wrench or allen key and mount a rifle scope. You don't have to be an expert to screw a screw in a clockwise direction. However, when a person attends a boutique firearms realtor and gunsmith, one would expect they would mount a scope with at least some level of precision. Not TNT.

1.No level was used to mount the scope. Instead, I was told that the scope would cant to my own eye. Two steel rods were tossed on the gun and did not appear to move. I was told, "that means its level." The scope was canted when I left the store.

2. The screws holding the scope in the rings are clamped unevenly.(see pictures)

3. The rings were left scratched (see pictures)

4. When the scope was bore sighted, the point of impact was off by nearly 13 MRADs. They did not take the time to address this discrepancy. If I left the scope mounted as is, I would lose a significant potion of travel for long distance shooting.

5. The entire experience took over an hour. The salesman took several attempts at mounting the scope. The other two employees, one who I expect was the owner, sat and watched as the saleman struggled to get the scope mounted correctly. The other employees also made an offhanded comment out loud to the saleman mounting the scope, "that he was taking too long." They did not provide any assistance.

I can understand Cabela's doing lower quality work with lower quality products and lower quality service but the rings cost $240.00 (with tax) and the scope was valued at several thousand dollars.

6. When I asked the saleman if there was a gunsmith he would recommend to blueprint the action of the rifle he said, "No, I don't know one that I would recommend." I was surprised that he did not suggest TNT Gunworks - you know, the place where he works.... Reading previous reviews, I think that was the best piece of advice I received from the saleman during my experience with TNT.

7. On my way out of the store at 4:10 p.m. on a Saturday (closing time for some odd reason), I paid for the rings and left. I did not receive a "thank you" or "have a nice day" once my transaction went through. Instead the other old guy with the mustache made a remark that he, "could finally go out fishin'."

I understand this is a small aspect of a transaction, but when you run a business and a customer purchases your most expensive set of rings a "thank you" never hurts.

While I do plan on remounting the scope properly, I do not plan on returning to TNT Gunworks. I never thought I would say this about a local business, but I sincerely hope that the big box-store allure of Cabela's shuts this place down or causes TNT to get its act in gear.

There was a time when small, locally owned, gunshops provided quality service. TNT is not that kind of place. The term "gone fishin'" before customer service seems to represent the attitude of the staff at this business.

I'll fish for my business somewhere else. I suggest you do as well.
