I regularly go to Tommy Guns, as the quality was always consistent for a cut. My experience here was awful though at this location. I received a traditional easy cut before a wedding, and the cut was uneven by a long shot - see photo below. Not to mention everything was rushed. I didn’t notice when it was styled, but after I left I had an additional one inch on one side of my head. The bangs when I pulled them down were also uneven and diagonal. I went back to get it fixed, which I debated doing as I thought about just going somewhere else to get it fixed. I had to show the uneven cut in multiple places that still didn’t get fixed and made things worse. There was no compensation or understanding from the staff at the front. As a loyal customer for years, I will never go to Tommy Guns again. I rarely provide reviews, but after that experience I caution people from getting a cut here. Has ruined an upcoming event on my end for a wedding.

Sayed was a delightful and unexpected surprise! Very attentive to my hairstyle… patient and kind… but I found another wonderful thing! He spoke heart to heart with me about life! I encountered another whole hearted soul! I am praying for him, for him to continue in life encouraged that it’s worth the struggle! I went home ready to face my own challenges having met yet another who is doing life whole hearted!

I hope my hair grows fast, and that he’ll be my barber next time I visit!

Your shoppe was clean, professional and peaceful! I felt rested and refreshed even as I sat there! Worth every penny!

At $45 a haircut you could at least greet people with welcome and not straight up asking people for their phone number, also the barbers aren’t professionals. Doing the sides and not having a clue what to do on top or even asking if you want the top done lol are you kidding? What are people paying you for? Put some effort in please, this is not acceptable.

According to Google, it is considered one of the best places to go for a clean shave. However, in my personal experience, it was one of the worst shaves I have ever had. The environment was clean, but the service was not very professional. I ended up with a lot of cuts, and even after washing my face, there were still many hairs left unshaved. Personally, it was a terrible expense. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional shave. If I want a quality experience, I will stick with Tommy Jon. Thank you.

If you are man and enjoy the fruits of your labour and want to look professional get the full package you won’t be disappointed. Money is tight like for most of us but this takes a bit of that life sting away! 10star.

Accommodated my wheelchair bound client seamlessly into the barbershop, and staff were quick but careful to give him a great cut that he loved.
