Was in Olds for a Bike rally when my ride developed some minor issues. I took it in to Trackside without an appointment and they immediately took the bike into the back shop. A quick fix and I was mobile again after 20 minutes. Can't say enough for the customer service I received.

Very very fair in their pricing, the management thinks long term customer satisfaction, which is great for all concerned. They go above and beyond in the service department as well, always fitting you in if at all possible. I would drive well out of my way to deal here, as is Sask or BC border areas not just Alberta. The parts department managed to find me a new visor for an older helmet. Been on a bike 50 years in 3 provinces and 2 Countries, they are the best I have ever seen.

If there was an option for zero stars that is the rating they would have gotten. Not only did they treat me like absolute garbage when I went in asking about an oil change kit for my CF Moto CForce 600…I guess that’s my fault though, I thought that since they have a CF Moto sign on the building, that meant they were a dealer. Next, they worked on a friends sled and replaced the starter pull cord. Not only did they put in a 5’ cord when it should have been an 8’…they also charged him to fix it when it broke less than a week after they replaced it. Shotty work, poor attitude and customer service…not to mention the chauvinist pig who seems to have a problem with women. Don’t waste your time or money

Recently purchased a leaf blower and I'm really impressed with the friendliness, knowledge and service... Trackside went beyond my expectations and I'm definitely going to be a life long customer. I really appreciated the old fashioned small town service and would recommend them to anyone without any hesitation at all!!

I came to bring in 2 tires for mounting and balancing. The staff had poor communication, was very rude. I was yelled and and cursed at by a guy named Brad in the back after I had to bring my own tires into the the back of the shop and almost leaned the rubber against his tool box (that's why he yelled). I will never go back or reccomend anyone to go here. They left the backs of the sticker weight from the old weights on the tires. Used silver weights on black rims (they are sticker weights so spray paint them blacking your out of black weights) the also messed up the rear rim and I had to repair it when I got them back. They are lazy, ungrateful for your business, rude and did a poor job. I will NEVER go back.
