Have tried many times to enroll our children with no luck. They allow members who were in the previous term to pre-register for the next term before the general public. However, they do not honor waitlists from the previous term. This does not make any sense, and is not fair to any newcomers who would like the opportunity to join. The answer I got from the program administrator was "We`ve always done it that way". What a great mindset for the future.

Our daughter looks forward to class every week! The girls (coaches) are super sweet - when our daughter moved up to the big kids class (no parents on the floor with them), she was nervous and scared, one of the coaches noticed and came to take our daughter's hand and stayed with her during warm up.

Subpar customer service and communication skills...never get a reply to an email and patents are pretty much kept in the dark. Never get to watch your kids in class so you have no idea if they're enjoying themselves or should move up to a more difficult class to push themselves more, and management has no idea of every Kid's individual abilities. Only place in town so they can do pretty much whatever they want. Really nice large gym and great equipment at least and kids seem to enjoy.
