The service here is incredible. Nothing but seasoned anglers and hunters work here. I walked into the store and asked questions, about the pier and fishing it. The staff was more than happy to tell me what to use, what time to go and how to do it. They weren't pushy to sell anything.
After fishing the pier and losing a rig, I went back and asked about knots to add to my line. Again, knowledge and eagerness to help was at my disposal. Top notch store and better people. The only place you need to come in Campbell River for all your angling and hunting needs.

Best archery shop I have ever seen. Quinn is a fantastic technician and advisor he is enthusiastic about the sport with factual and updated information’s. The shop offers me the opportunity to try out bow, adjust and tune on site. I was looking for specifics equipment’s and set up, they just order it without question. Awful place. I am asian. As soon as i walked in the door, 4 or 5 pairs of eye just looking at me like I don't belong in their redneck town. They are either racist or just don't like my face. If it's the latter, the feelings are mutual.

I bought a couple of fishing lines but got a little mad at the situation. I went back the next day and wanted to return the items but my dad already opened one. So I returned one of the fishing line. The treatment wasn't much better the second day. He acted like I was harassing him for returning item. I will never go back. If you are not white or not look a certain way, do not go see these beast. Go to Redden, they are so wonderful or go to River Sportsman if Redden doesn't have what you need. They are much friendlier.

Archery is a difficult sport to venture into. Even more so, if you are not privy to a local bow shop, to help guide you to your new bow.

For a long time I felt that the North island was in desperate need of an archery shop, and I’m glad to say now that need is gone.

Quinn and Alex run a top of the line bow shop out of Tyee marine. Bringing new horizons to the household name so many of us have been familiar with for so long.

In addition to being incredibly knowledgeable, the guys in Tyee are incessantly helpful and enthusiastic about helping and outfitting new archers.
Amid the flurry of information and in person coaching, you don’t need to worry about finding a way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

They’re happy to help, enthusiastic about learning and teaching, and professional to a Tee in their execution of their craft.

I’m constantly impressed with the new changes that have come over the past few years. I look forward to the next excuse I have to go down to that familiar orange awning.

Phenomenal service while I was there. The nervous larger lad gave me fantastic service (even though he was profusely apologizing for the time it took) and helped me with everything I needed. I'll definately be back and I totally appreciate the call for a new gun that came in for consignment. Even though it was a wrong number when you called, it was a fantastic accidental service.
