I was in Carlyle for work and this hotel worked for me. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of good coffee and variety for the free breakfast. Comfortable beds, and a quiet nights sleep.|The hotel in general could use some renovation and repairs, but I would definitely stay here again. Kitchenette in suite was a bonus, with full oven.

I DO NOT recommend this hotel. We stayed two weekends in a row, and both times when we’d return to our room nothing was cleaned. Front desk service is terrible. There was no warm water to shower. Do NOT stay here!!!

Really good experience here. The room was really beautiful. Tastefully decorated, big comfortable bed, spacious. It included a kitchen and clean bathroom. The service was outstanding. Im cycling across Canada and was going to check out before breakfast time (6am), so asked for a breakfast package. The owners provided me with a generous amount of all breakfast items for me to eat and prepare, including eggs, bacon, sausages, bread, yoghurt, various fruits etc. Really kind. They kept finding ways to help me even more. 5 start service. Thank you!

Service was garbage. Waited 5 minutes at the front. Nobody said a word to had employees look at me but kept going. So I will never come here again. I usually stopped for lunch.

Alright stay. Needs some improvements. Room was fairly comfortable and clean. I was in an accessible room, and the shower looked like mould growth on the shower surround base edges and corners, or else it hadn't been cleaned in a while. As for the free breakfast - well it's from 6 am to 9 am. I got down at 7:30 am and it was close to empty and what was there was lukewarm at best. Some fake eggs, salty sausages. A few slices of bread (the brown bread was out, so if you don't like white, you're out of luck). Some cold cereals. Fruit - one bunch of bananas, that was it, and it went fast due to not many other options. The hotel was NOT full by any means - maybe 6 cars in the parking lot? The coffee also ran out at 8:30, and we alerted the staff who looked away and did not come to refill. Staff were pretty friendly, otherwise. Hotel overall was nice.

Right off the highway, however the sign is burnt out, hard to see. Front desk attendant is the best.

The water was cold, except for the last night. One out of there.
The breakfast needs to be improved emencilly. No comparison to the Ramada.
