I ordered an old fairly rare (Used) rifle from these guys on their online store. Rifle shipped really quickly, and was in better shape than the pictures showed it to be. Very happy but there was an issue with a missing part. I phoned customer service, the lady there was super friendly and helpful... Got the issue sorted out very quickly (seems the part just got missed in the packaging process) and they Purolator'd the missing part to me over night (obviously at no charge to me) really happy overall with their customer service and everyone I spoke with over the phone was extremely friendly... 5/5 stars for sure, and I will be a repeat customer.

We had a great experience here. Dude at the gun counter was super helpful and very polite, (sorry I didn't get your name.) Pretty decent stock for Red Deer, I think.
Road crew is tearing up the street in front right now making getting in a bit of a bother, but don't let that stop you from coming in...its worth it! We will definitely be back into this shop!

I ordered stuff from 4 places on the same day, my WGT order showed up first, quickly. No issues at all, fast, fair prices, properly packed, I'm happy. I would do business with them again without hesitation. My whole order was done online through website, Mike in BC.

They used to be a great store, Guy at the gun counter couldn't be bothered with helping or answering questions with more than 1 word. Almost no selection anymore, Have to ask for ammo then wait and God forbid you decide you don't want it after they bring it out for you. The only positive I have is the lady at the checkout till.

Not the largest store you’ll ever walk in to, but certainly the friendliest, and they had everything we were looking for.....including some coyote urine that we couldn’t find anywhere else

TO ALL YOU 1 star reviewers: Give your head a shake. You complain about poor service? The service I have gotten is absolutely great, at the gun counter, Shipping and receiving and at the front till!. They are very friendly and polite!. You complain about poor selection? What do you expect when their suppliers, which are mainly from the U.S. don't send them the product they have ordered? NO ammo? NOBODY has any decent selection of ammo! Have you heard, that for the last over a year we are in an economic slump because of the PANDEMIC? You complain about prices? Did you think that when the suppliers are gouging them for the product they order, that they have to up their prices just to stay in business? Look around before you complain!

Best customer service around. I have been ordering online and arranging pick up more and more because of Covid. Wolverine G&T seems to have many items I can't find anywhere else. At fair prices as well. Anna even delivered some items I needed to family on her day off!! She knew they were time sensitive and went the extra mile. You don't get service like that much any more! Made the mistake of ordering from these guys online. The items I bought showed as in stock, it let me add them to my cart, they had no problem taking my hundred bucks. That is pretty much where it ended. Days went by, no shipping info was sent me, still said it was being “processed”. Called them a few times, was told I would get a call back never did, no emails, finally spoke to the general manager on the phone and he got someone to call me. Turns out neither of the items I ordered were in stock, they had to come in. THey shipped a partial order after 4 weeks and I am still waiting for the other item 5 weeks later. They blamed it on an inventory error, but it was for 2 separate items that were no related. What’s are the odds?
