I have been a customer with Soley from the beginning, it's where I took the CFSC, purchased firearms, accessories, ammunition, or just to browse when bored around the house.

I have never had a bad interaction with staff, always friendly, respectful, helpful with their customer service.

I will always shop here without hesitation.

I’ve had two purchase experiences with Solely Outdoors online, and unfortunately, both were problematic. The first was an SKS rifle that arrived without a critical part (the piston extension assembly). After numerous emails and phone calls, I had to personally deliver the rifle to the store and return two weeks later to pick it up once the issue was resolved.

Despite this, I decided to give Solely Outdoors another chance and ordered two boxes of 7.62x39 ammo for the SKS, spending around $500 with "free" delivery for purchases over $300. Unfortunately, UPS delivered my package to the wrong address, and I never received the ammo. It took over six months of emails, phone calls, and back-and-forth conversations with both UPS and Solely Outdoors.

In the end, the store confirmed that UPS had paid out a claim—but only for $100! They told me I could use this amount as credit for a future purchase. When I asked why it wasn’t the full amount, UPS explained that the store had declared the value of the shipment at just $100. Now the store is blaming me for not purchasing additional insurance when placing the order.

As a result, I’ve lost $500. I want to warn others and strongly advise against making online purchases from Solely Outdoors based on my experience.

My experience was I purchased a rifle online the day before the mail strike and I talked on the phone to a chines guy about sending my order via courier due to postal strike where he flat out LIED TO ME and said they had special agreements with the postal service to ensure my delivery. This poor Buisness practice is what you can expect out of these losers Now I don’t know when I will receive my firearm. I wish I would have bought at Cabela’s at least they are honest and trustworthy and don’t TEll LIES TO ENSURE A SALE. I am most disgusted with this salesman and this company. BEWARE OF SOLELY OUTDOORS

Great activity to try especially if you've done paint ball or wanted to experience using a weapon in a controlled environment. Staff were friendly offered advice about gun to use as well as providing overall safety instructions and tips. The shooting are was very basic but it was a lot of fun especially the swat activity. You find yourself getting competitive as you get more comfortable. The rifles are much easier than the gun because it has a laser for aiming. Would re ommend for beginners or kids; 12 and older kids with parent allowed. Can get quite busy because there are only six areas to shoot different types of target activities. There's also a store to purchase hunting weapons and gear as well as an archery section at front of building. Lots of fun for the entire family and would recommend.

Called to check a certain item was in stock, went for a 4 hour drive to go pick it up, to be told they sold the last one weeks ago. Did not seem bothered by it at all.
