My husband and I recently completed Swkmmer 2 on Monday nights. P was our instructor for Swimmer 2, and when my husband had an autistic sensory issue in the pool due to a cool pool temperature. P was cool, calm and professional, and that is everything.
She was a fantastic instructor. When I had a medical event a couple of years back, the lifeguards on duty were also quick, competent and compassionate. The booking process was easy when I had my son’s birthday party in a room, and the staff answered all my questions—an all-around great community centre.

This rating relates to the building/ site plan. I parked at the site to begin a hike to the south; went in to use the facilities first. From the outside, my first impression was .. that's a very nice building. Then, when I thought about it more deeply, my thought was .. it's a very 'sprawly' building. There's a lot of grass around it, and the building itself has an unusually large footprint. My guess is that a facility just as attractive could have been built on a third less land. If we want to have the housing we need, we need to use our land more thoughtfully.

I like how warm it is inside for my kids to swim. The pool is warmer than Sports Centre. Plus, there are slides, dive board, and tarzan rope (as my kids like to call it). A nice viewing deck on the 2nd floor. The recreation rooms are not too big, but it's just right and might need a little upgrading here and there cause the floor is squeaking. The staff are nice and accommodating. Overall, I'm happy with it!

I recently visited an indoor family pool and had an absolutely wonderful time! The facilities were impressive, with a clean and inviting atmosphere that made me feel comfortable right away. The pool itself was spacious and well-maintained, providing ample room for families to enjoy their time together.

What I particularly loved about this indoor family pool was the attention given to safety. Lifeguards were present and vigilant, ensuring a secure environment for everyone. The pool had various areas suited for different age groups, including a shallow section for younger children and a deeper area for older kids and adults.

The amenities were top-notch as well. There were clean and well-equipped changing rooms, making it easy for families to get ready before and after swimming. The pool also offered additional features like water slides, splash pads, and water toys, which added an extra element of fun and excitement.

The staff members were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries or concerns. Their dedication to providing a positive experience for families was evident in their warm and welcoming demeanor.

Overall, I highly recommend this indoor family pool for a fantastic day of aquatic fun. It's an ideal destination for families looking to bond, play, and create lasting memories together. I can't wait to visit again and enjoy another amazing day at this wonderful facility!

I don’t even know where to start. All I can say is that this place needs major attention. The place is so outdated, only 2 change rooms in family room, washrooms and the place smelled like pee, I can just continue but is pointless. I think Milton needs to start building better rec places instead of a bunch of homes. Population is growing, they need to start building better recreation areas with proper facilities and all. Disappointed that no one is paying attention to this places. I would give it a zero ⭐️. 😒

Update:
I withdrew my child from swimming lessons, she was not being taught properly, there was some piggy back riding, picking up and throwing kids, it was inappropriate. When we complained, we got the “oh, they are new”.
I don’t recommend this place for children learning how to swim.

The worst place to swim. So much dirt and garbage everywhere. I never seen this place clean. The showers either hot water or so cold. Really useless of those showers! Hot tub has been out of order for a long time and the pools are getting smaller as no one can use the hot tub. I would never go back there and afraid to get sick because they never clean it.

Absolutely terrible no female swjm times even though is open it's open Monday to Sunday. How is one supposed to saty active in the cold
